"Dana's Commission, Kealakakua Bay " |
| Dana wanted a painting of his favorite vacation spot in Hawaii. He had lost a similar painting in a divorce, and had some excellent photos of the view he wanted and the old painting he wanted copied. Since I grew up in Hawaii, I was familiar with the scene and was able to paint this directly from his photos. |
